FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to pay to get listed?
No. The Free tier is genuinely free — no credit card, no trial expiration. You get a basic listing, hours, contact info, and the ability to respond to customer reviews. Paid plans add visibility, extra cities/categories, and a merchant account for accepting cards.
What merchant account comes with Featured and Premium?
You get a dedicated merchant account through POS Outlet (our sister company). It accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and commercial fleet cards including Comdata, EFS, WEX, and T-Chek. Funds settle to your bank in 1–2 business days.
How does billing work?
Featured and Premium are billed monthly. We also consolidate your gateway monthly fee and per-transaction fees into a single invoice so you get one charge instead of two. No long-term contracts.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens after I sign up for a paid plan?
Your listing goes live on the selected tier after our team reviews it (usually within one business day). For Featured/Premium, we reach out to set up your merchant account — typically a quick application and bank verification.
